About The Collection Company Ltd

The Collection Company started in Christchurch in 1989 as International Credit Services (Chch) Ltd, when founder Richard Moore identified a growing gap in the debt collection industry. It is a privately owned company and has is now one of the largest Debt Collection Agency's in Christchurch.

We are a one stop shop – you can simply come in to do a credit check with us, or if required we can work with you on an outstanding debt right through to liquidation and court action if necessary. We have a full legal division on site and work with reputable companies such as legal firm Cavell Leitch Law.

The Collection Company is a member of the New Zealand Collectors Association Incorporated and operates under the New Zealand Collections Code of Ethics. We adhere to and embody the four members' responsibilities outlined in the Code of Ethics and Operating Procedures – integrity, objectivity, professional behaviour and confidentiality..

The basis of The Collection Company's philosophy is on client communication to deliver results, with a focus on business-to-business and corporate debt recovery.
